ATTENTION ALL COACHES & PARENTS FOR ALL OUTDOOR SPORTS! The
following is a reminder of the Baltimore County Rec & Parks Inclement
Weather Policy:

Upon the FIRST SOUND OF THUNDER (yes, sound of thunder) or SIGHTING
OF LIGHTNING, ALL in attendance at the outdoor activity should immediately
go to their cars or enter a building. No one will be allowed to resume play until
30 minutes after the last sound of thunder and/or the last sighting of lightning.
Recreation staff has complete authority to enforce this policy at a Baltimore
County facility. In the absence of recreation staff, volunteer coaches and
officials must follow this policy.

Please adhere to this policy. No exceptions. Safety first. Thank you!
ATTENTION ALL COACHES & PARENTS! Reminder:

Their is a strict NO ALCOHOL & NO SMOKING policy on ALL Baltimore County
property (including parking lots). Please remember that violating this policy not
only jeopardizes your status, but our ESP program use of County facilities as
well. Thank you for helping ensure our programs and kids get continued use
of area facilities.
ATTENTION Parents, Coaches and Players! As the fall season gets started, we would to remind everyone that
we are representing, not only the ESP Organization, but our local communities and ourselves. Please treat ALL
referees, players, coaches and parents with the utmost respect! Remember, it's just a game and we want to
ensure that everyone involved has positive experiences they can remember for a long time.

If you have any issues or concerns, please take the following steps in finding a resolution:

1. Speak with your coach (respectfully and not during practices/games)

2. Contact your Program Chairperson (respectfully).

3. Contact the ESP Program Liaison, Tim (tcdodge@yahoo.com) (repectfully)

*Please do not skip steps. Handling adversity appropriately is a great lesson we can teach our children.

Parents, players and coaches will be held accountable in accordance to the Baltimore County Rec & Parks
Code of Conduct they agreed to during registration.

Thank you for your attention to this very important message. We want to wish each ESP team a safe and
exciting fall season!!! GOOD LUCK! GO ESP!
