PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The ESP Lady Viper lacrosse program was founded in 1996 with one team of 15 players.  Today,
the program supports over 100 players (of
all skill levels) ranging from ages 4-14.  Over the past
decade, our program has developed dozens of former Lady Vipers who, not only have helped
their local high school teams to Championships, but who are participating at the collegiate level as
well.  Much like its sibling progam, the Viper Lacrosse Program (boys), the Lady Vipers offer great
experiences on and off the field.  Here are some of the events & activities we offer our girls
throughout the season:

SPRING CLINIC (AGES 3-5) DESCRIPTION
The Viper clinic is designed to teach the basic fundamentals of lacrosse to your 3, 4 or 5 year old
in a fun and safe environment.  We teach scooping, cradling, throwing, shooting and many other
skills in a relaxed, non-contact setting.  Though not required to participate, parents are strongly
encouraged to share in their child's learning and enjoyment of the game of lacrosse.

Practices are only once a week, 6-7pm @ Chesapeake Terrace Elementary School.  Come on
out, get your T-shirt and stick and watch as our next generation of Viper lacrosse players take the
field for FUN!!!!

See you out there!
