PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
New to lacrosse?  What a great way to learn or continue improving your lax skills by participating in
our WINTER LAX SESSIONS.  These sessions are great for new players first learning the game of
lacrosse, or advanced players keeping their skills sharp, preparing both for the upcoming outdoor
spring season.

Our indoor lacrosse sessions are one-hour sessions (by age group) for boys and girls that focuses
on the fundamentals of lacrosse.  The boys lacrosse sessions ARE contact sessions, but are a great
introduction to those players (new and advanced) ready for the outdoor season.  The girls sessions
are light contact, and are great preparation for the outdoor season as well.

We end the successful winter season with a pizza party for each team and a Viper Lacrosse T-shirt
for all participants.

There is also an hour allocated for the pick-up adult league game session.

We hope to see you there!

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Not sure if your child will like lacrosse?  Don't know where to take that 'first step'?  Well, we
have your answer.  The ESP Viper summer lacrosse clinic is a great and inexpensive way to
introduce your child to the wonderful game of lacrosse.  This very casual,
non-contact,
instructional clinic will teach your child the basic fundamentals of lacrosse such as scooping,
cradling, throwing, catching & shooting while doing so in a fun and safe environment.

The clinic runs for four (4) consecutive days at Sparrows Point High School.  Kids are placed
in similar age groups, with 1-2 group leaders (typically former Vipers & Lady Vipers, most of
which are currently playing at the high school & collegiate levels).  Parents are always
encouraged to attend and to participate in our activities.

Our clinic also provides a daily special guest speaker.  Speakers in the past have included
high school coaches, high school athletic directors, health teachers, and former players.
Not only is this clinic a great opportunity to learn lacrosse, but it provides some great local
role-models who have participated in the Viper lacrosse program, right from our community.

You won't find a better value in learning such a great sport.  If you child enjoys our clinic,
they will have the opportunity to sign-up for our 'winter workout sessions' as well.  These are
good, solid stepping stones to prepare them for the fast-paced, competitive outdoor
lacrosse season in the spring.

Hope to see you out there this July!
