1. Upon completing online registration (regardless of payment method), you are officially considered registered. If you decide not to participate thereafter, or would like to withdraw your request, you will be responsible for incurring costs to that point (ie uniforms, online fee, etc...). Please contact the program chair if you decide to do so as soon as possible. Thanks!
2. ALL parents must sign and submit the following waiver form (click here) to the program chairperson prior to participating in any ESP program.
3. DUNGEON COUPONS - If you volunteered and received dungeon coupons for your service, please choose to pay by 'check' when prompted. Then mail in your check (in the registration amount less the coupon total) & coupons together to the Rec-Office.
4. If you choose to pay by 'check', please write the name of the program you are registering for on your check.
