PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NOTES:

1. There is a service fee for each online registrant (approx $2-$3).  Please either incorporate this as a ‘cost item’ into your
budget, or increase your registration fee accordingly*

2.  The description of your program that will be seen by parents will match that as described on your program’s site at the ESP
website (www.esprec.com).

3.  Would you like to make handouts available on your program’s site at the ESP website (www.esprec.com)?  If so, please
email Tim Dodge (tcdodge@yahoo.com) a copy so that parents can download it from the site.  Please remind parents to visit
the site to retrieve them.

4.   Program Chairperson(s) will have access to the online registration site to review their program’s information, rosters,
financials, etc…  It is the program chairperson’s responsibility to follow up on any unpaid registrations post-payment deadline.
