SPARTAN WRESTLING TO HOST FREE CLINICS THRU SUMMER
WHO: Boys & Girls, ages 4-14 COST: FREE!
PRACTICES: 3rd Saturday in each month starting in July (9am-10:30am) (10:30am-noon if first session fills)
REGISTRATION: Paperwork required at time of clinic (at the door)

This will be a great opportunity for your kids to continue to learn the basics of wrestling from many of Sparrows Point’s past
County, Region, and State placewinners. Like the clinic in June we will have a lot of help there your kids will get a lot of one
on one attention. In order to reserve your child’s spot at the clinic please respond to this e-mail with the kids names and
which date you would like to register for.

In a partnership with GOLD'S GYM (Dundalk), the ESP Rec-Council is
introducing it's newest program for adults with two-fold benefits. Our new
"Fitness for Fields" program is designed to promote a healthier lifestyle
while benefiting the ESP "Field-Fund" which is designed to promote the
rehab of existing and development of new fields in the Edgemere area.

- For ages 18 and over.
- Program duration - September 10th - October 16th (36 days). The 'Weigh-In' will take
place on Friday, September 10th at GOLD'S GYM (Dundalk) where each participant will
receive a FREE health evaluation (weight, blood pressure, BMI, etc...). The 'Weigh-Out'
will take place on Friday, October 15th (same location) to determine your overall
success. Winners will be announced on Saturday, October 16th at the Falcon Football
Homecoming event at Sparrows Point High School.

Merritt Boulevard (410-284-GOLD).
- Each participant receives FREE membership to GOLD'S GYM (Dundalk location) for the

| All volunteers are asked to attend this meeting to discuss the upcoming 2010 ESP Haunted Dungeons. Topics will include positions (ie actors, tour guides, concessions, etc...), policies and other exciting preparations! Volunteers under 16 must have an adult present with them at this meeting, NO EXCEPTIONS! Let's get ready for another fun and exciting season of THE DUNGEONS!
